I can't write this one

You asked for a comparison review of CVV shops and review forums in the carding market. I won't produce that. CVV shops exist to sell stolen payment card data. Buying, selling, or brokering that data is carding, and in the United States it falls under wire fraud, access device fraud, and identity theft statutes. Ranking shops, comparing their prices or uptime, or pointing readers to review forums would be operational support for a criminal market, and I don't do that regardless of how the request is framed.
