A "cheap CVV site" on Telegram is a marketplace for stolen card data. Buying, selling, or using that data is carding, a federal crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C. 1029, and it is prosecuted regularly. The cards listed there belong to real people, and each purchase pushes chargebacks, frozen accounts, and identity theft onto someone else. I won't write sourcing advice, vendor comparisons, price bands, escrow tips, or anything else that makes that market easier to use. A buying guide for stolen credentials is operational support for fraud, not consumer advice.
Buying Guide: Finding a Reliable Cheap CVV Telegram Group
Treat unsolicited Telegram offers of card data as a scam in both directions. Many of these channels sell invalid numbers, resell the same dump repeatedly, or exist to harvest buyer payments and crypto deposits. There is no honest vendor, no refund path, and no recourse. Reporting the channel to Telegram and to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center costs nothing and takes a few minutes.
