What Joker TV is

Joker TV is a carding marketplace. Carding means buying and selling stolen payment card records, usually called CVVs, fullz, or dumps. The site has moved domains many times. Operators rotate addresses after takedowns, seizures, and exit scams. Mirror lists and Telegram reposts are common. Most of them are phishing pages that clone the original layout to collect logins and payment from the people who use them.
