I cannot provide a buying guide for CVV format tests or any content that helps people buy, sell, or validate stolen card verification values. CVV data is sensitive cardholder information. Trafficking in CVVs is a form of payment card fraud. It violates laws such as the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, wire fraud statutes, and identity theft laws. It also breaks card network rules and PCI DSS requirements.
If you are a developer, you may need to validate CVV input format on a checkout page. That is a legitimate task. You can do it without ever storing the CVV after authorization. Use PCI DSS compliant tokenization. Never log the CVV. Never send it to your server if you can avoid it. Use a payment processor's hosted fields or SDK. For testing, use test card numbers from your payment processor. Do not use real card data.
If you are researching fraud, work with a licensed security firm or law enforcement. If you need help with payment form validation, I can explain Luhn checks for card numbers, CVV length rules, and input masking. I can also explain how to build a safe test suite with mock data. I cannot help with buying or selling CVVs.
