A CVV is the three- or four-digit code printed on a payment card. It exists so that someone charging the card has to physically hold it. When people search for where to buy CVVs, they are almost always looking for card numbers and security codes that were skimmed, phished, or pulled out of a retailer breach. That is stolen financial data, and a guide explaining how to shop for it, what to pay, or which marketplaces to trust would be a guide to committing payment fraud.
That's a line I won't cross, no matter how the request is framed. It isn't a gray area I can dress up as a "buying guide." Buying, selling, or using someone else's card credentials is a federal crime in the US under wire fraud and identity theft statutes, and it wrecks real people: a stolen card means a drained account, a frozen rent payment, hours on hold with a bank, and sometimes a credit record that takes years to untangle.
